Technology transforming the energy and infrastructure sector

Technology is a critical element and enabler for delivering sustainable infrastructure, for a low carbon future. This is where technology meets infrastructure: linking smart solutions, data and digital business models with key infrastructure projects in a complex regulatory environment.

We work on cutting-edge Infratech and Digital Infrastructure transactions globally and have developed a deep experience in areas such as renewable power generation and distribution, smart technology, blockchain, fibre/digital connectivity, sustainable data centres, and data exploitation and security.

Our team consists of specialists across all legal disciplines, including specialists from our Tech Group and our Tier 1-ranked TMT team who bring decades of real-world experience of how to harness the power of disruptive technologies and navigate through the pitfalls of liability and regulation.
